011. General Cancellation Policy (Official Resort Schedule)
All reservations must be canceled at least 7 days prior to scheduled check-in date or the following cancellation fees will apply:
- Daily Reservations: 1 Day Charge
- Weekly Reservations: 3 Day Charge
- Monthly Reservations: 1 Week Charge. CALL FOR EXTENDED STAYS: (281) 339-5550.
- Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to scheduled arrival receive a full refund of deposit (less non-refundable card processing fees).
- Card Processing Fees: All payments made with a debit card incur an additional 1.5% fee and all credit card payments incur an additional 3.5% fee added to the original charge when the reservation is initially made. These processing fees are non-refundable.
022. Early Departures & Inclement Weather
- No Refunds or Credits: No refunds or credits are issued for early departures, change of personal travel plans, or bad weather.
033. Holiday Reservations & Minimum Stays
- There is no minimum stay required for regular stays.
- A 3-night minimum stay applies exclusively to major holiday weekend reservations: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, and Labor Day.
- Holiday weekend cancellations require at least 14 days advance notice prior to scheduled arrival date.
044. Severe Weather & Mandatory Evacuation Policy
- In the event of an official mandatory storm or hurricane evacuation ordered by municipal, county, or state authorities (Galveston County / State of Texas), reservation policies follow emergency resort guidelines. Impacted guests will receive account credits or hassle-free rescheduling for future stays. Please contact our on-site team directly at (281) 339-5550 or via our front desk for assistance.
- For standard localized rain or non-mandatory inclement weather, standard early departure terms apply.
